1. Profile submission

Every profile must contain real and accurate information. Falsification and misleading data are prohibited. Users are required to provide accurate details in their listings, including age, location, and services.

2. Image quality

Uploaded photos must be accurate and recent. Using other people's photos or illegal content is prohibited. Images must represent the real person publishing the profile. Editing that makes identity verification impossible is not allowed.

3. Ethical behavior

All users must behave ethically and respectfully. Offensive, discriminatory, or aggressive behavior is prohibited. KAMA is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

4. Privacy

All data is protected and is not shared with third parties without user consent. We protect your personal information and use it only for stated purposes. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service and pricing

Profile creation and publishing are free. Without a paid package, the profile remains visible in Free (Limited) mode: it is shown after all active profiles (Activation, VIP, TOP), so it will not appear on early listing pages while active members are available. Contacts and stories are limited until activation. Activation, VIP, and TOP are optional timed packages paid from the internal GEL balance. Balance top-ups are arranged through Telegram support; payment instructions are provided in chat. KAMA.BZ is not an escort agency and does not process financial transactions between users.

6. Updates and changes

Site administration may update these rules from time to time. Users will be informed about changes in advance. Continued use of the site after updates means acceptance of the new terms.

7. Profile moderation

The KAMA team has the right to moderate all profiles and suspend or remove profiles that violate these rules. Moderation runs 24/7 to maintain safety and quality.

8. Limitation of liability

KAMA is not responsible for third-party actions or relationships between users. Use of the service is at the user's own risk.

KAMA.BZ is an advertising platform that allows users to publish their own profiles. We are not a "producer" as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75, as we do not create, produce, or prepare content.

All content (photos, text, information) is uploaded directly by users. Each user, upon creating a profile, certifies that they are over 18 years of age and that the uploaded content belongs to them or they have permission to use it.

If any profile is found to contain material depicting a minor, it will be immediately removed and information will be reported to law enforcement authorities. To report suspicious content, use the "Report Profile" button or email us at: [email protected]

KAMA.BZ respects intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner and believe that your work has been posted on our platform without your permission, please send us a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include:

The exact URL of the infringing content on our site.<br>4. Review process:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will: (1) promptly remove or disable access to the identified content; (2) notify the content uploader; (3) if the uploader submits a counter-notice, we will notify you and restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the copyright holder files a court action.
